The Madison church of Christ currently supports the following mission efforts:

- Skinner's Garden, India
- David Aguilar, Mexico
- Andrew Connally School of Preaching, Tanzania
- Churches of Christ Disaster Relief
One Sunday is designated each year for the congregation to contribute to these efforts.
